Role: Human Resources Manager

Job Summary

The Human Resources Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for all HR functions within the University. The role ensures effective implementation of HR policies, supports faculty and administrative staff, and promotes a positive organisational culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the full recruitment cycle for academic and administrative staff.

  • Resolve employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.

  • Oversee the performance appraisal system.

  • Identify training needs and organise staff development programmes.

  • Administer compensation, benefits, and contract renewals.

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR policies.

  • Support HR strategy development.

Qualifications

Role: Internal Auditor

Department: Internal Audit Unit

Reports To: Governing Council (Administratively to the Rector)

Job Summary

Provides independent audit oversight to strengthen governance, internal control systems, and institutional accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop risk-based annual audit plans.

  • Review financial records and accounting systems.
