University of Texas at Rio Grande Valley (TRGV) of U. S. A. and West End University College (WEUC) Ghana are exploring opportunities of collaborating in Research Teaching and to establish a TRGV Centre for International Education at WEUC.
A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) had already been signed between the two Universities.
